Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Kirkeya ("we", "platform") and our members ("you", "user"). By accessing or using the Kirkeya website or mobile application, you are considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you use Kirkeya without reading or understanding these Terms, you bear full responsibility for any issues that arise. We strongly recommend reading the full Terms carefully before registering.

Definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Platform" — The kirkeya.vu website and the Kirkeya mobile application.
• "Member" — who has completed registration on Kirkeya.
• "Account" — Your personal gaming profile created upon registration.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or benefits provided by Kirkeya.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited in real currency.

Membership & Register

To register with Kirkeya, you must meet the following requirements:

After registration, Kirkeya may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals and other features may be restricted until this verification is complete.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Kirkeya account. Never share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a shared or public device.

If you notice any unusual activity on your account or suspect unauthorized access, contact Kirkeya customer support immediately.

Kirkeya reserves the right to investigate or temporarily suspend any account at any time, particularly if:

• Fraud or deception is suspected.
• Evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• There is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found.

Bonus & Promotions

Kirkeya regularly offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special occasion promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement. Until that requirement is met, the bonus balance cannot be converted to cash.
• Validity Period: Bonuses typically must be used within 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• One Time Only: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or device.

Payment & Transactions

Kirkeya supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount will be clearly stated on the Kirkeya website.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed, but will be credited to your account balance.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the Wagering Requirement has been fulfilled.
• Kirkeya may temporarily place a hold on payments in the case of suspicious transactions.

Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on Kirkeya are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that meets international standards. Game results cannot be altered under any circumstances.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet placed on that game will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of the game will be determined by the server record.
• Bets cannot be voided on the basis of display errors or graphical issues.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 24 hours.
• In Sports Betting, the decision of the match authority is considered final.

Kirkeya reserves the right to void any bet if it is found to have been placed through bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or any other unfair means.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure & Cancellation

Kirkeya may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• System abuse or hacking attempts.

If an account is terminated due to proven misconduct, the balance in that account may not be refunded.

Changes & Update

Kirkeya reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email address.

Continued use of Kirkeya after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.

In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, Kirkeya's decision shall be final.
