No. Per Kirkeya's policy, each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

Yes. Registration on Kirkeya is only open to users aged 18 and above. If you cannot verify your age, your account will not be verified and withdrawals will not be possible.
